Shipping
As standard, we offer delivery within 3 - 10 working days for all customers in Germany and Austria. In exceptional cases the delivery time of products may increase.
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross goods value):
- Shopping cart value up to €300.00: €4.99 shipping costs
- Shopping cart value from €300.00: Free shipping
Currently we deliver to Germany only.
We ship our goods in Germany with our shipping partner DHL.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. Upon receiving the dispatch email, you will find detailed tracking information to monitor the progress of your order. Simply use the provided tracking details to track your package through our delivery partner's website.
Returns & Exchanges
Of course, we really hope that you like our products. However, we understand if you do not fit or like the items and will give you the option to return within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure to send the goods back to us in the condition in which you received them.
You can easily request your return via our Return Portal. Enter your order number and email and easily register your return. We will send you the return label after processing the request.

Yes, returns cost 5,99€ within Germany as long as you use the return label that send you via email. Return costs outside of Germany depend on your local post office.

The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation. We will use the same means of payment for this as you used for the original transaction. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
