Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

What is a Pre-Order?

When you pre-order an item from BUSY SEASON, you're reserving a piece from our upcoming collection before it's officially released. This ensures you receive your selected items as soon as they become available.
Pre-ordering allows us to produce high-quality pieces on-demand, reducing waste and ensuring each garment meets our exacting standards of craftsmanship.

Payment

Payment is processed at the time of placing your pre-order. Your payment method will be charged immediately to secure your reservation.
By charging at the time of order, we can begin production of your bespoke piece and guarantee your size and style selection.

Delivery Timeline

Each pre-order item displays an estimated delivery timeframe on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to production schedules or shipping factors beyond our control.
Typical delivery timeframes:
  • 4-5 weeks for seasonal collection pieces
We will notify you via email once your order has shipped, including tracking information so you can follow your order's journey to you.

Cancellations

Pre-orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund. 
To cancel a pre-order, please contact our customer service team at info@busyseason.de with your order number.

Changes to Your Order

Changes to size, color, or other specifications can be made within 48 hours of ordering. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as production may have commenced.
To request changes, please contact us at info@busyseason.de as soon as possible.

Combining Pre-Orders with Regular Items

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items:
  • Default: All items will ship together once the pre-order item is available
  • Split Shipping: You may request split shipping by contacting customer service (additional shipping fees may apply)
We recommend placing separate orders if you need in-stock items urgently.

Returns & Exchanges

Pre-order items follow our standard return and exchange policy once received.

Size & Fit

We want you to feel confident in your pre-order. Please review our Size Chart before ordering. If you're between sizes or have questions about fit, our customer service team is here to help at info@busyseason.de.

International Pre-Orders

We ship pre-orders internationally. Please note:
  • Delivery timeframes may be extended by 1-2 weeks for international destinations
  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • International orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours due to customs documentation
